ABOUT Mango Chutney RECIPE

It's a deliciously tasty and tangy flavoured spread

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1/2 kg raw mango pulp
  2. 1/2 kg Sugar
  3. Salt
  4. 1 Tsp Red chilly powder
  5. 1 tsp Garam masala
  6. 1/2 Tsp Kalonji
  7. 1/2 Tsp Saunf
  8. 2 -3 dried dates chopped
  9. 4or 5 Badam chopped
  10. 4 or 5 pistachio
  11. 15 or 20 kish mish

Instructions

  1. Take a pan. Pour mango pulp, sugar salt red chilly powder garm masala, Saunf, and kalongi
  2. Keep it on gas
  3. Let it boil.
  4. Keep stirring. When water dry mix all the dry fruits
  5. Let it be cool
  6. Store in glass bottles
  7. Serve with bread or chappati or puri
