Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gms Jamun (Indian blackberry)
  2. 1 cup chilled water
  3. 1/4 tsp black salt
  4. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  5. 5-6 ice cubes
  6. 2 tbsp Sugar
  7. For serving:
  8. Shot glasses
  9. 1-2 piece lemon
  10. Around 2-3 Tbsp salt spread on a plate

Instructions

  1. Wash and deseed the Jamuns.
  2. Now put this deseeded Jamuns in a blender, add water, ice cubes, sugar, black salt and lemon juice and blend together (Sugar can be totally avoided for diabetes patient as Jamun is said to be best for diabetic people)
  3. 3. Now take a lemon piece and rub it on the brim of shot glasses, now place the glass upside down in the salt plate..the salt will stick to the brim
  4. Pour the Jamun drink in the shot glasses and enjoy the shots.

Which type of salt u r putting on glass??..will it becomes more salty??
