ABOUT 3-Ingredient Nutty Kulfi RECIPE

No Sugar, No Milk, No Cream- a fiber-rich kulfi with Oats

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 tsp- oatmeal
  2. 2 tsp- almond butter
  3. 2 tsp- water
  4. 1 tsp- honey

Instructions

  1. Mix oatmeal with water and leave it overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Remove the oatmeal mix in the morning from the refrigerator and mix it well.
  3. Add almond butter. Mix.
  4. Add honey and give it a good mix.
  5. Check for sweetness. Add more honey if required.
  6. Pour in popsicle mould and freeze for 5-6 hours
  7. Garnish with roasted nuts. Enjoy.
