I don't think so I have to describe this dish..as its name is enough for the meat lovers...

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Beef mince- 1/2 kg
  2. Garam masala- 1 tsp
  3. Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
  4. Garlic- 6 to 7 cloves
  5. Green chillies- 7 to 8
  6. Salt- to taste
  7. Raw papaya paste- 1 tbsp
  8. Sugar- A pinch
  9. Onion paste- 1/2 cup
  10. egg- 1
  11. Oil- 5 to 6 tbsp


  1. Wash the mince properly and drain the water.
  2. Now grind all the ingredients together in a grinder.
  3. Take it out on a plate. Mix it very well.
  4. Take some oil on your palm and take a small portion. Give it kabab's shape.
  5. Put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  6. Heat oil in pan and shallow fry kababs till its completely done.
  7. Serve it with green chutney or sauce.
