How to make Yogurt Parfait Popsicles

  1. Whisk the Yogurt with the milk, vanilla extract from the bean and sugar or honey in a bowl till the sugar is well incorporated.
  2. Pour the yogurt into individual popsicle moulds till 3/4th of the mould.
  3. Add chopped seasonal fruits of your choice and with a popsicle stick push some towards the bottom of the mould.

  5. Stick the popsicle sticks into the mould and freeze for 2-3 hours.

Thick greek yogurt can be made at home by hanging the curd in a muslin cloth for 2-3 hours.
