This is pure milk icecream. Yummy . Milk , milk powder, fresh cream , Gms and cmc powder is use in making icecream. Gms and cmc is a stabilizer. It makes icecream smooth and fluffy...just yummm.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 250 ml evaporated milk
  2. 8-9tbsp powder sugar /sugar
  3. 1 bowl cold milk
  4. 1,1/2 tbsp milk powder
  5. 1,1/2 tbsp corn flour
  6. 1,1/2 tbsp GMS powder
  7. 1/8 1tsp CMC powder
  8. 1 bowl amul fresh cream
  9. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  10. 1 bowl tuti fruity
  11. Chocolate sauce for garnish


  1. Take 1 bowl of the nilk and add milk powder to it, mix it so that there are no lumps in it. Add cornflour to it and mix it well.
  2. Add Gms and cmc powder
  3. Add evaporated milk and stir it .
  4. Add amul cream and vanilla essence and stir it .
  5. Now put this mixture in to the icecream maker, after 30 minutes of churning , the icecream is ready.
  6. Add tuti fruity in it and keep that icecream in to plastic tin cover with lid and put in deep fridge for 1 hour .its ready.
