This time I tried jelly in watermelon flavor Popsicle, kid friendly recipe and easy to make

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 glass watermelon juice
  2. 1 tbsp sugar ( optional )
  3. Hand full Agar agar strands
  4. Red colour pinch of ( optional)
  5. Popsicle mould

Instructions

  1. Take watermelon juice into a pan and add sugar colour, and agar agar into it
  2. Boil till strands dissolve completely
  3. Cool for 1 minute, and pour it into Popsicle mould and freeze for 30 minutes
  4. Demould carefully and serve
