ABOUT Red momos with red sauce RECIPE

These momos are dual coloured with instant schezwan sauce and the most amazing thing they dont contain any artificial colouring:dango::dango::heart_eyes::kissing_heart:

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For white portion
  2. 1/2 cup all purpose flour(maida)
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tablespoon of oil
  5. Water as required
  6. For the red portion
  7. 1/2 cup multi grain atta
  8. Pulp of 1 medium size beetroot
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tablespoon of oil
  11. Water as required
  12. For the filling
  13. 1 medium sized onion chopped
  14. 1 cup soya granules
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Blackpepper to taste
  17. 1tbs Green chili sauce
  18. 1tbs beetroot pulp
  19. For schezwan sauce
  20. One onion chopped
  21. Oil as required​
  22. 2tbs garlic chopped
  23. 1tbs Red chilli powder
  24. 2tsp Venegar
  25. Salt as required
  26. 1tsp Sugar
  27. 1tbs beetroot pulp
  28. 1tsp cornflour

Instructions

  1. For dough :
  2. Add all for white portion and make a dough with water.
  3. For red portion :
  4. Mix all and make a dough with water.
  5. Heat oil in a wok and fry garlic and onion golden brown.add soya granules and sauces and cook for some time.
  6. Keep aside .Let it cool down. Roll both dough separately and then keep together like this picture.
  7. Roll a little bit and cut dough balls and flatten them.
  8. Roll with a rolling pin.
  9. Keep filling inside and shape whatever shape you want.

  13. Keep these momos in a greesed strainer into boiling water.steam for 5minutes. your nutritional momos ready to enjoy.
  14. For schezwan sauce :
  15. Fry half of the garlic amd onion golden brown in a pan.blend with red chilli powder and venegar.again heat 1tsp oil in a pan fry leftover garlic and onion.
  16. Add this chilli paste into it and add all ingredients.add a little bit water.cook for sometime on low flame.sachzwan sauce ready to serve with hot nutritional momos
