A refreshing iced tea , with the goodness and freshness of watermelons.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup chopped watermelon pieces.
  2. 2 green tea bags.
  3. 2 tbsp honey.
  4. 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves.


  1. Blend the water melon into a smooth puree. Strain it. Refrigerate it.
  2. Meanwhile boil 1 cup of water.
  3. Switch off the gas and add honey and the tea bags.
  4. After 5 mins remove the tea bags add freshly chopped mint leaves and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
  5. Just before serving take a tall glass add some ice pour the watermelon juice , tea mixture and few fresh mint leaves on top.you can avoid mint also.
  6. Serve chilled.
