Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 medium tomatoes.
  2. 2 tbsp flax seeds.
  3. 2 -3 dry red chillies.
  4. 1 tbsp garlic paste.
  5. 1 tsp tamarind pulp or lemon juice.
  6. Salt to taste.
  7. 2 tbsp oil.
  8. 1 tsp mustards.


  1. In a pan add oil, heat it then start adding chillies , garlic paste and flax seeds .stir continously.
  2. Once changed the colour and there is aroma switch off the gas.
  3. Cool it down.
  4. Now in the same pan cook the chopped tomatoes.
  5. Cool and add to above mixture.
  6. Add the remaining ingredients.
  7. Blend it into a smooth paste. .
  8. For tempering heat oil and add mustard seeds and dry red chilly ....
  9. Pour this over the chutney and mix well.
