Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups multi grain wheat flour/ sharbati wheat flour.
  2. 1 cup or 250 gm fresh paneer
  3. 2 medium size onion chopped finely
  4. 2 green chilli chopped finely
  5. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  6. 1 small carrot peel and grated
  7. 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  8. 1 tbsp grated Ginger
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tbsp Ghee for moyan
  11. Water to knead the dough
  12. Ghee/ butter for shallow fry paratha


  1. First in a big bowl seive wheat flour add salt, ghee, and mix well. Add water as needed to make a soft dough. Cover it with kitchen towel and keep it aside.
  2. Now in another bowl add paneer add chopped cilantro
  3. Add chopped onion
  4. Add grated carrot, chopped green chilli, grated ginger,
  5. Add black pepper and salt .Mix well. Adjust seasoning
  6. Now make dough soft and smooth with little ghee in your palm. Take big size dough.roll it.
  7. Add 2 tbsp stuffing in it
  8. Seal it well from all sides and roll it again.
  9. Heat a griddle or tawa. Roast paratha with 1 tbsp gher/ butter all sides.
  10. Serve hot with Onion Raita and pickle.
