ABOUT Greek yogurt sandwhich RECIPE

A perfect breakfast with a sandwich made with yogurt and veggies.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole meal bread
  2. Greek yogurt 1 cup
  3. 1largr finely chopped onion
  4. 1finely chopped carrot
  5. 1fibely chopped capsicum
  6. Half cup sweet corn
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Black pepper 1 n half tsp
  9. 2tsp chaat masala
  10. handful coriander leaves
  11. butter

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl , mix the yogurt with the finely chopped veggies
  2. Add salt, black pepper and Chaat masala
  3. Take bread ,apply green chutney or ketchup to it and add the yogurt paste to it .
  4. Put the second bread and cover it well
  5. Take butter in a pan and roast it well on both side
  6. Enjoy with ketchup
