ABOUT KitKat Sundae RECIPE

KitKat ice cream loaded with some kitkat and some more

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. vanilla ice cream 4 scoops
  2. KitKat fingers 10-12
  3. Brownie or chocolate cake 3-4 medium size square pieces
  4. Wafer (optional)
  5. Gems

Instructions

  1. Keep ice cream at room temperature for 5-10 minutes, so that it is softened little bit.
  2. Crush 8-10 KitKat fingers finely. Crumble the brownie pieces.
  3. Now mix half of the crushed chocolate in ice cream.
  4. Put this mixture in a steel container and cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Keep the container in freezer for 4 hours till it is set.
  6. Now, take 1 serving glass. Place 2 tablespoon crumbled brownie at the base of the glass to form a layer.
  7. Top it with layer of 2 tablespoon crushed kitkat.
  8. Again place 2 tablespoon of crumbled brownie over that.
  9. Sprinkle 2 tablespoon of crushed kitkat over it.
  10. Place 2 scoops of KitKat ice cream over it. Sprinkle gems evenly over it.
  11. Garnish it with kitkat finger and a wafer.
  12. Repeat the steps 6-11 to make another sundae.
  13. Serve immediately.
