Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken -200 grams
  2. Ginger & garlic paste -3 tablespoons
  3. Green Chillies-2
  4. Onion-1 large
  5. Capsicum-1 small
  6. Red chilli powder- 1 tablespoon
  7. Salt -As per your taste
  8. Pepper powder-1 tablespoon
  9. All purpose flour - 3 tablespoons
  10. Cornflour -1 tablespoon
  11. Vinegar-1tablespoon
  12. Soya sauce- 1 tablespoon
  13. Green chilli sauce- 1 tablespoon
  14. Tomato sauce -2tablespoons
  15. Chicken chilli masala -2 tablespoons
  16. Water-1n 1/2 cup
  17. oil
  18. Baking powder -1/2 tablespoon
  19. Seasame seeds - For garnishing

Instructions

  1. Marinate Chicken with 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder,pepper powder & live it for 30 mins.
  2. Prepare batter from all purpose flour, corn flour,little salt,1/2 table spoon baking powder & add 1/2 cup water.
  3. Heat oil in a pan now take the marinated Chicken dip in batter than deep fry it donot over fry the chicken when the chicken cooks remove it on a tissue paper.
  4. In a pan add 2 tablespoon oil 1 spoon ginger garlic paste & green chillies saute it for 1 minute than add onion & capsicum fry till they turn slightly soft for about a minute or so.
  5. Now add all the sauces soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce,green chilli sauce mix it well for 2minutes.
  6. Take 1cup water in which add 2 table spoon of chicken chilli masala put that mixture in the pan simmer it for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add fried chicken in it & saute it on high flame for about 2minutes.
  8. Garnish it with spring onion & sesame seeds.Serve chicken chilli hot.
