Onion Pan Pizza parantha is yummy,spongy like bread from inside and crispy from both sides.Onion filling gives it very yummy taste.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For making dough:-
  2. Maida 1 cup
  3. Oil 1 tbsp
  4. Salt according to taste
  5. Sugar1tsp
  6. Curd 2 tbsp
  7. Baking soda1/2 tsp
  8. Water for kneading the dough
  9. For pizza sauce:-
  10. 1chopped tomato
  11. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  12. 1 tbsp Red bell pepper and garlic sauce
  13. Butter1 tsp
  14. Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  15. Salt according to taste
  16. For filling:-
  17. 2 chopped onion
  18. 1/4 cup chopped spring onion
  19. 1 chopped small tomato
  20. 1chopped chilli
  21. 1grated small size of cheese
  22. 1tsp Black pepper
  23. Salt according to taste
  24. Oil 1 tbsp
  25. 2 tbsp chopped green coriander


  1. Take a bowl add all ingredients mention in making dough. Then knead it soft.
  2. Cover it and let be rest it for 10 minutes.
  3. Making pizza Sauce:-
  4. Heat butter in a kadai on medium flame. Add ajwain,tomato and stir iwt for 30seconds.
  5. Add sauce, salt and again mix it for 30 seconds. Pizza sauce is ready.
  6. Preparing filling:- On medium flame heat oil in a kadai Add tomato and onion and mix it .
  7. Add black pepper and salt and mix it for 1 minute.
  8. Baking pizza on pan
  9. Make two balls from dough. Roll them in equal size.
  10. On one roll spread pizza sauce.
  11. filling mixture and grated cheese.
  12. Now cover with another roll. Tightly seal the corner with help of spoon or fingers.
  13. Now take a nonstick pan and When pan gets hot, spread some oil on tawa. Place rolled parantha on pan and cook for 1minute. Spread some oil on the upper side and flip the sides.
  14. When the colour changes to lill brown then spread pizza sauce on one upper side and sprinkle some thinly chopped onion and fresh coriander leaves.
  15. Cover it with a bowl and on sim flame cooked it for 2 minutes.
  16. Serve the spicy pizza parantha with fruit Raita,chutney or tomato sauce.
