Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gm boneless chicken
  2. 4Tbs garlic pasted
  3. 1 s tej pata
  4. 1 stick cinnamon stick
  5. 4-6 pepper corn
  6. 1 cup Flour
  7. 1 tbs chat masala
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 2 tbs green coriander
  10. Water as needed
  11. Jeera powder

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken with garlic cloves, cinnamon, tej pata, and pepper corn till its completely cooked. Once cooled, shred the chicken pieces. Now mix the spices along with required amount of salt to the shredded chicken.
  2. Now knead a soft paratha dough and divide it into equal sized roundels.
  3. Now take each dough roundel, stuff with spiced chicken and reshape them.
  4. Now put this stuffed ball on the chakla and roll it like a regular paratha
  5. Heat a tawa and roast the parathas on both sides and then put some ghee, and cook till golden brown on both the sides. Serve with some curd or chutney on the side.
