ABOUT Homemade Condensed Milk RECIPE

This recipe is an instant recipe where very less ingredients are used and market type texture and taste is obtained. Condensed milk is used in many desserts like kheer, carrot halwa, eggless cakes etc. It is very expensive in market but in home, one can make easily.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Toned milk 1/2 litre
  2. Granulated sugar 3/4th cup
  3. Baking soda 1 pinch


  1. Take milk and sugar.
  2. Heat milk and sugar together on high flame.
  3. Always stir sugar and milk mixture.
  4. Stir continuously.
  5. When sugar and milk mixture is reduced to 1/3 rd then add 1 pinch of baking soda, immediately switch off the gas. Regularly stir for 2-3 minutes and then rest for 1 hour
  6. After cooling, market type condensed milk is ready.
  7. Keep into the airtight container and refrigerate for 15-20 days. Final product quantity is 400 ml
