ABOUT Laddu RECIPE

Healthy laddus made with a combination of poha, paneer, milkmaid, and curd.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Paneer 1 cup
  2. Milkmaid 1/2 cup
  3. Sweet curd... 2 teaspoon
  4. Poha...1 cup
  5. Sugar as required
  6. Salt a pinch
  7. Ghee... 3 tablespoons
  8. Cashew nuts...4tspn

Instructions

  1. Take paneer in bowl and mash it properly.
  2. Rinse the poha in cold water till they soften and add sweet curd, salt and sugar to poha.
  3. Heat 3 tablespoon of ghee in a pan, add the poha mixture, crushed paneer and milk maid.
  4. Stir it continuously and when the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan add some chopped cashew nuts .
  5. Cook it for 2 -3 minutes more.
  6. Switch off the gas.
  7. Cool for few minutes.
  8. Apply some oil on your palms and make round balls in the shape of laddu.
