ABOUT Pineapple Truffle RECIPE

One of the most easiest, quickest and yummiest desserts. Anyone with no cooking skills can also make this pudding. All the ingredients are basic and the dish turns out to be a hit always.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Amul cream 200 millilitre
  2. Milk 2 cups
  3. sugar 5 tablespoons
  4. White bread 4-5 slices
  5. pineapple pieces 1 cup
  6. Vanilla custard
  7. Strawberry crush
  8. Choco chips
  9. Dark choclate or dairymilk for garnishing
  10. Jelly cubes
  11. Cocoa powder
  12. Glazed or fresh cherry


  1. First boil milk adding sugar, then add vanilla custard powder mixed in little cold milk for dilution.
  2. Take white bread and cut the edges.
  3. Make pieces of pineapple and cook them in little water and sugar until soft.
  4. Take whipping cream and whip it or amul cream can also be taken.
  5. Start making layers in your desired bowl.
  6. First dip bread into custard and place in the bowl, spread pineapple pieces, strawberry crush and choco chips and at last pour cream. Repeat layers according to the size of your bowl.
  7. Lastly sprinkle cocoa powder and drizzle some choclate/dairymilk flakes.Top it up with a cherry.
