ABOUT Fruit Custard RECIPE

Heavy creamy milk with lots of fruits.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Milk 2 litres
  2. Fruits :
  3. Mango(seasonal)
  4. Apple
  5. Banana
  6. Chickoo
  7. Grapes
  8. Green apple
  9. Sugar 2 tablespoon
  10. Milkmaid
  11. Amul fresh cream
  12. Fruit custard powder as required
  13. Amul vanilla Icecream


  1. Take a heavy bottomed pan and keep the milk to boil. Add the sugar in it and let the milk simmer for half an hour.
  2. Cut the fruits into cubes or small pieces.
  3. Once the milk has boiled, take little milk in a bowl add the custard powder into the bowl and mix it properly so that no lumps are formed.
  4. Add the custard mixture, amul fresh cream and milkmaid into the milk and mix properly so that it becomes smooth and creamy.
  5. Let the milk cool down a little then add the chopped fruits.
  6. Keep the custard in the refrigerator to cool.
  7. While serving , serve it in a bowl topped with vanilla icecream.
