Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 ripe avocado
  2. 2 table spoon sugar
  3. 1 glass chilled non-fat milk
  4. 1 tea spoon vanilla essence
  5. 1/2 cup ice cubes


  1. To prepare Avocado shake we need to cut avocado in half.
  2. Now scoop out the avocado flesh into a blender.
  3. Add all the rest of the ingredients. Blend on medium speed in a blender till smooth. Then pour it into two glasses serve avocado milkshake immediately.

Can we use honey instead of sugar.
