A very easy and delicious dessert. People with a sweet tooth will enjoy this dessert. You can eat it hot or cold.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 litre full fat milk
  2. 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  3. 10 teaspoons sugar
  4. 1/2 cup dark chocolate
  5. 1/4 cup roasted walnuts
  6. 2-4 drops vanilla essence
  7. 1 tablespoon fresh cream
  8. 1 tablespoon melted white chocolate


  1. Boil 500 millilitre milk. Keep 1 cup milk aside.
  2. In a heavy bottom pan, add boiled milk and heat it. In separate 1 cup milk dilute cornstarch and mix it properly. This mixture should not form any lumps.
  3. Add the cornstarch mixture slowly to rest of the milk. Keep stirring the milk. No lumps should form.
  4. When the milk thickens add 1/2 cup dark chocolate to it. Stir well.
  5. The milk will become dark brown in color. To this add roasted walnuts and a few drops of vanilla essence. Keep stirring it. The mixture should not stick to the bottom.
  6. Add 10 teaspoons sugar and mix well for 2 minutes till the sugar melts.
  7. Remove the milk pudding from heat and serve it in dessert bowls.
  8. Decorate it with fresh cream and melted white chocolate mixture
  9. You can enjoy them hot or keep them in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set.
