My Tip:After the vanilla ice cream is set, let it be outside in room temperature for 3-5 mins. Then scoop and serve. You can use a normal mixer to make this ice cream if you do not have an electric beater. The timings above may not suit though. It might only take a few seconds to get the right consistency. So be careful and do not over do, else u would end up making butter and not ice cream. This vanilla ice cream does not require to be blended in between freezing. No ice crystals will be formed in this method and it will be very creamy.
