Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 bananas
  2. 3 plum
  3. 1/2 kiwi
  4. 3-4 strawberries
  5. 1/2 cup yoghurt
  6. 3/4 cup whipped cream
  7. 2-3 teaspoons honey
  8. 2 tablespoons strawberry sauce
  9. 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  10. 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. Peel all the fruits and cut into small cubes.
  2. Refrigerate fruits for 3-4 hours.
  3. Take a bender and add frozen fruits in it.
  4. Add 2-3 teaspoon honey or as per taste, walnuts, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, almonds and blend for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add 1/2 cup thick yogurt and 3/4 cup cream and blend again.
  6. Shift this smooth paste into a freezer safe dish and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  7. Gransih with berries and strawberry sauce before serving.
