ABOUT Rose and Jam Thick Shake RECIPE

A healthy and super shake to start the day.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 1 cup
  2. Rose syrup 1 teaspoon
  3. Vanilla ice cream 2 scoop
  4. Mix fruit jam 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a mixture jar add rose syrup and jam, blend for 10 seconds and stir.
  2. Then add milk and ice cream. Blend again.
  3. Pour in to a glass and serve immediately or place in the refrigerator until ready to drink.
