Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups besan
  2. 1 bowl wheat flour
  3. some fine chopped veggies (carrot, onion, capsicum, tomato and cabbage)
  4. spices as per taste (salt, ajwain, dhaniya powder, hing, red chilli powder)
  5. chopped green chilli and ginger
  6. chopped coriander


  1. Make a soft dough of wheat flour with salt added and water.
  2. Take a big bowl, pour besan, vegetables, ajwain, dhaniya powder, red chilli, green chilli, salt and chopped coriander and make a thick batter with the help of water.
  3. Add all the spices.
  4. Now flatten a paratha with a rolling pin.
  5. In the middle of the paratha pour 2 spoon batter.
  6. Fold inside from four sides.
  7. Now take this paratha by light hands on griddle.
  8. Cook from both sides till golden brown.
  9. Serve with green chutney.
