ABOUT Asian Pasta RECIPE

Pasta is originated from Italian and French cuisine. Its all time favourite recipe loved by both kids as well as adults.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Pasta - 3/4 cup
  2. Oil - 1tablespoon
  3. Milk - 11/2cup
  4. Butter - 2tablespoon
  5. Bell pepper/boiled corn/carrort - 1cup mixed
  6. Maida - 2tablespoon
  7. Black pepper powder - 1tablespoon
  8. Salt - as per taste
  9. Mix herbs - 1tablespoon
  10. Chilli flakes or red chilli powder - 1/2tablespoon
  11. Cheese - 2tablespoon (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1- Put enough water in a pot add 1 tablespoon oil in the vessel, add pasta once its done drain it and keep it aside.
  2. 2- In a pan add 1/2 tablespoon butter than add all the vegetables and saute it for 2-3 minutes than remove it on a plate.
  3. 3- Than in the same pan add 11/2 tablespoon butter, than add maida, mix it nicely and add milk.
  4. 4- Keep whisking it continuiosly untills the sauce gets thick.
  5. 5- Than add salt, mix herbs, chilli flakes, mix it well, than add the vegetables, pasta and cheese.
  6. 6- Serve it hot.
