Mohan Bhog

Ingredients to make Mohan Bhog

  • Milk 1 litre
  • sugar 50 gram
  • Alum just as a fennel seed
  • cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  • Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  • pistachios sliced as per requirement

How to make Mohan Bhog

  1. Boil milk.
  2. When it starts thickening add cardamom powder and alum and cook on low flame.
  3. When it comes to a little bit thick consistency pour it on the back side of a greased plate.
  4. Keep in your freeze for half hour. After it is freezed cut into desired shapes .
  5. Garnish with grated coconut and pistachios.

My Tip:

Consume this within three or four days after making it because it is a little bit juicy and moist.
