Orange cream biscuits 1pack
Milk 50ml.
Powdered sugar 2tbs
Idli batter 1cup
Butter 2tbs
Edible orange colour a pinch
Dairy milk shots 1for each
For plating
Chocolate Sauce
Sprinklers

Instructions

Method
Grind biscuits add this into the idli batter. Add all ingredients and make a batter.
Heat your appe pan . Greese it with butter and pour a little bit batter in outer boxes and in inner boxes fill with water.
Cook well then flip it put a dairy milk shot on every appam and again cook well for few seconds.
Let it cool down .
Drizzle chocolate sauce on top. Put sprinkler on top. Ready to take a bite.
