Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. One cup sooji
  2. Water n salt
  3. Oil for frying the baskets
  4. Half half cup boiled black grams and sweet corn
  5. Chopped onions tomatoes and green chillies
  6. Coriander and mint leaves for garnishing
  7. Salt n chat masala for taste
  8. Lemon juice


  1. Knead the dough using sooji salt and water
  2. Roll out thin and cut into thin strips
  3. Take a small glass and apply oil on the back side
  4. Now place the stripes on the back side of the glass to make a basket
  5. Stick the stripes properly so that it doesn't wear out while frying
  6. Now put the glass in hot oil carefully. Fry all the baskets like this
  7. Now mix all the remaining ingredients in bowl
  8. Put this chana corn chat in the baskets. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and serve it to your naughty ones
