ABOUT Cucumber Raita RECIPE

A delicious spicy raita to be served with some biryani or some parathas. Follow this easy recipe to make this delicious raita at home.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated Cucumber 1 cup
  2. Greek yogurt 1 cup
  3. Green chilli 1 small
  4. Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  5. Mint leaves 2 tbsp
  6. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Chat masala 1 tsp


  1. Make a paste with green chillies and the green leaves. Keep the chutney aside while we prep the curd.
  2. Now whisk the curd with salt and spices, mix the green chutney and rest of the ingredients. chill it in the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve.
