A super smooth ,melt in mouth mango pudding.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Alphanso mango puree -2cups
  2. Amul fresh cream-1 and 1/4 cups
  3. Condensed Milk-1Cup
  4. Water-1cup
  5. Gelatin-2 tablespoons
  6. Vanilla or mango essence-1 teaspoon
  7. Whipping cream-1/2cup
  8. Chopped mango pieces-1cup

Instructions

  1. Take a large vessel filled with ice cubes,keep a smaller vessel on the ice cubes. Put the whipping cream in the smaller vessel and beat it with an electric beater till it reaches soft peak consistency.Keep the whipped cream refrigerated for further use.
  2. Puree the mangoes in the mixie.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin in water and let it bloom. After 5 minutes ,microwave it for 15 seconds or double boil it till it melts .
  4. Mix mango puree, condensed milk,Amul fresh cream,cooled gelatin,essence and beat it over a pan of ice cubes for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Mix in chopped mango pieces.
  6. Pour it in mousse cups or bowls or shot glasses and refrigerate for 4-5hours.
  7. Once it is set ,top it with whipped cream.
  8. Decorate it with mango pieces and fresh mint leaves.
