ABOUT Ice cream cake bread RECIPE

This is a bread made from ice cream, a delicious bread with the flavours of ice cream.. yummy !!

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Ice cream 2 cups any flavour
  2. Maida (plain flour) 1 & 1/2 cups
  3. Baking powder 2 tsp
  4. Salt a pinch
  5. A loaf tin or a square shaped tin or mould for baking


  1. Take a bowl melt the ice cream and the maida the baking powder and a pinch of salt .
  2. Mix well .
  3. The consistency of the batter should be thick. Now take a mould or tin and grease it with oil and maida. We can also use butter paper.
  4. Transfer the above mixture in a bread loaf tin or any other square shaped tin or mould .level it up.
  5. Preheat oven and bake it for 35 minutes at 180° C. Bake completely.
  6. Cut it into thick slices and serve.
