Ingredients to make Sago tikki

  • sago [tapioca pearls] 2 bowl
  • water 2 Glasses
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes 1 bowl
  • ginger chilli paste 1 tea spoon
  • salt as per taste
  • Black pepper powder pinch of
  • oil for deep fry
  • lemon juice 1tea spoon
  • sugar 2 table spoons

How to make Sago tikki

  1. Before making this dish, first add 2 glasses of water in sago and put it on rest for 4 hours.
  2. Then strain all water properly from sago and add above all ingredients and make their tikkis.
  3. Deep fry the tikkis in hot oil and serve.
  4. Serve with chatni.

My Tip:

Strain water properly for that you can use strainer too. And whenever you making tikki.. If it is sticky then add 2 table spoon of farali lot,
