Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Roti (left over Roti or fresh)
  2. 1/2 cup suji (no need to roast)
  3. 1/4 cup oats (optional )
  4. 1/2cup curd
  5. 1tsp malai [cream]
  6. 1/4cup fine chopped capsicum
  7. 1/4 cup fine chopped onion
  8. 1/4cup chopped tomato
  9. 2 to 3 tsp grated carrot
  10. 1 to2 tsp chopped coriander
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1/4tsp green chilli or as per taste
  13. Water as required
  14. 1 tsp moti rai [mustard seeds]
  15. 2tsp oil
  16. 1 cube cheese


  1. Take a bowel put suji, oats and all chopped vegetables in it .
  2. Add curd and malai in it.
  3. Than add salt ,green chilli and mix properly .
  4. Add little bit of water and make a batter which has spreadable consistency .
  5. Take a Roti (or bread) and spread the mixture on one side.
  6. Heat a tawa on the gas with 1/2 tsp oil.
  7. When oil is hot put 1/4tsp moti rai [mustard seeds] in it
  8. When the mustard seeds crackle, Put the roti on it with the spread surface facing down.
  9. Cook properly and turn it
  10. Spread few drops of oil if required.
  11. Cook till the Plain side of Roti becomes crunchy .
  12. Your Roti pizza will be ready .garnish with grated cheese on top.
  13. Cut it and serve it with ketchup.
