ABOUT Steamed rawa palak dhokla RECIPE

This is a delicious recipe of dhokla, made with crushed garlic,green chilli,ginger and thinly chopped spinach.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rawa [semolina]...1cup
  2. Buttermilk..1/2 cup
  3. Crushed garlic,ginger,green chilli...1/2 sp
  4. Sugar powder..1/2 sp
  5. Soda...pinch
  6. Salt...as per taste
  7. Chopped spinach...1 cup

Instructions

  1. Take buttermilk in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add rawa and salt and mix well in pouring consistency.
  3. Now add ginger,garlic,green chilli paste.Further add sugar powder..Chopped spinach...and soda..and mix well.
  4. Now take a dhokla stand and greese the dhokla plate.
  5. Pour the batter in the plate and steam for 15 minutes...
  6. Your dhokla is ready..cut into desired shapes.
