Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Sugar 350 gm
  2. Ghee 300 gm
  3. Sattu [fried gram flour] 500 gm
  4. Almonds [for garnishing]

Instructions

  1. Sieve the sugar and sattu together.
  2. Heat some ghee.
  3. Now mix the almonds into the ghee.
  4. Now mix this into the sattu and shape them, put a strand of saffron on it [optional].
