Instead of potatoes, I have used chana chaat.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. brown chana
  2. Wheat flour
  3. Onion
  4. Tomato
  5. Raw mango
  6. green chatni( coriander leaves green chili, ginger, salt, lemon juice)
  7. Sweet curd
  8. Barik sev


  1. Soak brown chana for 4-5 hours. Boil them.
  2. Add onion, tomato, green chutney and raw mango.
  3. Add coriander leaves and sev dal. Mix sweet curd into the chaat. Chaat is ready.
  4. Add salt, jeera, 3-4 spoons ghee into wheat flour. Knead into a dough using water. Make rotis from the dough.
  5. Add the chana stuffing. Shape like a samosa and then fry it.
