Simple and quick recipe that I made on a Tava.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sandwich bread 8 pieces
  2. Grated Mozzarella cheese 2 cup
  3. Chopped vegetables( I used capsicum,tomato,onion,cucumber) 2 cup
  4. Boiled corn 1 tbsp
  5. Grated cabbage 1 cup
  6. Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  7. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper powder 1 tsp or as to taste
  10. Butter as required
  11. Ketchup for serving


  1. In a large bowl mix fresh cream and grated cabbage with some salt,chaat masala and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  2. In another bowl mix the chopped vegetables and boiled corn.
  3. Now take a bread slice apply butter on it .Now put 2 tbsp vegetables on it.
  4. Now take 2 tbsp grated cheese and put on the vegetables also sprinkle some pepper powder.
  5. Take another bread apply cabbage-cream mixture on it.
  6. Close the sandwich.
  7. Now cook the sandwich on tawa with butter.
