Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida - 1cup
  2. Oil - 2tablespoon - 1cup for frying
  3. Water - as required
  4. Salt - As required
  5. Mayonnaise -1/2 cup
  6. Schezwan chutney - 3 to 4 tablespoon
  7. Green chutney - 3 to 4 tablespoon
  8. Boil chicken - 1cup shredded
  9. Capsicum - 1/2cup chopped
  10. Carrot - 1/2 cup grated
  11. Maggie cube - 1
  12. Cheese -1cup grated
  13. egg -1
  14. Bread crumbs - 1cup
  15. Ginger/garlic paste -1tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add maida,salt, 1 tablespoon oil & water & make a dough.
  2. In a pan add 1 tablespoon oil, ginger/garlic paste saute it well.
  3. Then add capsicum,carrot,chicken & green chutney to it. saute it well then add maggi cube to it & salt if required.
  4. Make small balls out of dough. roll into a chapati. Apply schezwan chutney & mayonnaise to it than put the mixture on the centre . spread some grated cheese & fold it.
  5. Keep the rolls in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes than cut it into cubes.
  6. Dip the cubes in egg & bread crumbs, then fry it.
  7. Enjoy it with ketchup.
