Ingredients to make Healthy Breakfast in a Glass

  • Oats 2tablespoon
  • honey 2 teaspoon
  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • mint leaves washed and chopped 1/2 tablespoon
  • Small apple pieces with skin 2 tablespoon
  • banana in pieces 1/2 cup
  • Soaked and peeled almonds 10
  • walnuts 1/2 tablespoon
  • cashewnuts 8- 10
  • Milk 1 cup

How to make Healthy Breakfast in a Glass

  1. First add oats , dry fruits, cardamom powder and half quantity of milk in a jar.
  2. Blend it till it becomes like a paste.
  3. Now add fruits , mint leaves and honey . Blend again.
  4. At last add rest of the milk and blend again till it smoothens . Now pour it in serving glass and garnish with dry fruits and mint leaves.
