Noodles are everybody's favourite ...so this is new twist to making kachoudi with stuffing of noodles

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Bread slices -8-10
  2. Noodles/maggi- 50 gm
  3. 1 onion fine chhoped
  4. 2-3 tbsp fine chopped capsicum
  5. 2-3 French beans fine chopped
  6. 1-2 Green chilli fine chopped
  7. 1tbsp Oil
  8. 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  9. Salt according to taste
  10. 1 pouch maggi masala magic
  11. For covering -2-tbsp all purpouse flour
  12. 1 tbsp bread crumbs
  13. Water as required


  1. First prepare noodles ...boil the noodles in less water
  2. Strain and keep aside
  3. Now in a pan heat oil add onions and saute for a minute
  4. Add beans ,chilli and capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes
  5. Add boiled noodles and maggi masala and cook for another 1 minute
  6. Add 2 tbsp tomato sauce , salt. mix well and switch off the flame
  7. Transfer in a plate . allow to cool
  8. Make a slury of all purpouse flour with adding water
  9. Meanwhile roll the bread slice with rolling pin
  10. Cut in round shape
  11. Cut all slices
  12. Take one slice and put noodles on it
  13. Take another slice n apply flour slury on over it
  14. Cover with this slice and press gently to seal
  15. Heat oil in a pan and put kachoudi in it
  16. Deep fry until get golden brown on high flame
  17. Put out in a plate on paper napkin
  18. Fry all the kachoudis and cut into two parts or as you like and serve with ketchup
