Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup wheat dough( enough for 2 Parathas )
  2. One small tomato chopped
  3. One small onion chopped
  4. Half a small red bellpepper chopped
  5. Half a yellow bell pepper chopped
  6. Half a capsicum chopped
  7. Some babay corn sliced thin roundels
  8. Some shredded boiled chicken
  9. 2-3 tblspoonfuls fun foods Pizzas pasta sauce
  10. 2 or more cheese slices (of choice)
  11. A cup full grated Mozerella cheese
  12. Some corriander
  13. Salt to sprinkle
  14. Pepper to sprinkle
  15. Oil to grease pan


  1. Chop all veggies and keep ready
  2. Keep ready the shredded boiled chicken too
  3. Take dough now and divide into two balls now
  4. Now roll out each separately dusting little flour to avoid sticking
  5. Now on one rolled chapati place the cheese slices
  6. On these cheese slices add the grated mozzarella cheese
  7. Close this with the second rolled chappati
  8. Seal ends by twisting all around
  9. Heat a tava on one gas stove on slow flame and keep ready a wide mouth non stick pan ready on side too
  10. Now on Tava firstly lightly place the ready Chappati sealed
  11. Grease from sides leaving some oil and roast on both sides carefully flipping
  12. Carefully place Chappati onto the Pan now , apply the Pizza sauce well all over.put this on slow flame too
  13. On this now start placing all veggies one by one putting onions tomatoes first
  14. Now add the baby corn ,the peppers ,the shredded chicken sprinkle salt pepper
  15. Now top these with the grated mozerella again
  16. Keep low flame and cover cook till cheese melts and crusty base is done in 8 minutes
  17. Remove lid now and your Chapaati Pan pizza is ready
  18. Cut out with pizza cutter and serve
  19. The crust is well done too
