Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Potatoes 8 medium sized but long
  2. Hung curd 2 teaspoon
  3. butter 2 tablespoon
  4. Britannia cheese cubes 2 numbers grated
  5. Red ,yellow capsicum, chopped 4 tablespoons
  6. Paneer grated 2 tablespoons
  7. Spring onions 1/2 cup chopped
  8. Green chilli chopped 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Pepper to taste
  11. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons
  12. Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons


  1. Clean the potatoes .
  2. In a preheated oven bake potatoes at 180' C .It may take about 35 minutes.
  3. Now remove the potatoes and allow them cool enough to handle them.
  4. Cut them half , length wise.
  5. Use a small spoon to scoop out the potato like boat , ( leaving a substantial layer towards the skin .
  6. Now baste the potato both skin side and in side with butter .
  7. Place it back in the oven for 7 minutes at 200'C so that the skin turns crisp .
  8. In the mean time, in a bowl mix all the ingredients like capsicums, greated cheese ,Paneer , hung curd , spring onions, salt ,pepper, mayonnaise ,chopped chilli , chopped olive , and the scooped out potato to make a filling.
  9. Remove the crispy potatoes from oven and place this filling in the center , again bake 8 minutes till the cheese melts.
  10. Serve with tomato sauce and mayonnaise.
