ABOUT Masala Herbed Bread RECIPE

A delicious herbed bread to be savour with soups or dips.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maida...250gm
  2. Fresh yeast....12 gm
  3. Oil....12 gm
  4. Salt....5 gm
  5. Water...150ml
  6. Calcium powder...2 gm
  7. Sugar...5 gm
  8. Pizza seasoning... 1 tsp
  9. Sauted garlic...2 tsp
  10. Haldi powder...1 tsp
  11. Red chilli powder....1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Make dry mix by adding maida,calcium powder .
  2. Mix yeast, sugar, salt and water till sugar and yeast dissolves.
  3. Now add maida mix into sugar mix. Add oil and start making dough till it is lump free and shiny.Now add pizza seasoning, haldi, red chilli powder and garlic. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Cover the dough with moist cloth for 15 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 3 parts. Beat to remove trapped air.
  6. Make roll and put them into loaf moulds.
  7. Keep in a warm place for 30 minutes for fermentation.
  8. Preheat oven at 240 degree. Bake it for 30 minutes
  9. Once done drizzle oil on it.
  10. Let it cool. Unmould it.
  11. Masala herbed bread is ready to enter the party zone.
