Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ingredients For Pizza Dough :
  2. 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  3. water as needed
  4. 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
  5. salt as required
  6. Ingredients for chicken :
  7. ginger paste 1 tablespoon
  8. garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  9. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Red chilli sauce 2 tablespoons
  11. coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  12. vinegar 1 teaspoon
  13. salt as required
  14. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  15. For Sauce :
  16. tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  17. Slice tomato 1 small size
  18. Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  19. Pinch of sugar
  20. Topping :
  21. chicken pieces
  22. onion cut into rings 1 large
  23. Green bell pepper slices
  24. Mozzarella cheese grated 1 cup
  25. Chaat masala 1 tablespoon


  1. Pizza base :
  2. Take a glass bowl and mix all the ingredients. Add normal water and knead it until it soft and smooth. Cover with a moist cloth and keep it for sometime. Now roll the dough into pizza base. Preheat the microwave oven at 200°c in baking or oven mode. Now put the base in the oven and bake it for 10 minutes.
  3. For the sauce , heat the oil in a non-stick pan ; add sliced tomato and saute for half a minute. Add tomato ketchup and cook another five minutes. Add salt, sugar, black pepper and mix well. Set aside to cool.
  4. For the chicken, marinate the boneless chicken pieces with vinegar, red chilli powder, red chilli sauce, coriander powder and salt for 15 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan, add marinated chicken and mix well. Add garam masala powder and mix. Set aside to cool.
  5. Arrange the chicken pieces, onion rings and slice green bell pepper over the sauce. Chaat masala and mozzarella cheese on top. Place pizza on a baking tray and bake till the cheese melts and the base is crisp. Cut into wedge and serve hot.
