Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups sliced potato
  2. 2 cups water for soaking potato
  3. 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  4. 2 tablespoon salt
  5. 4 tablespoon oil
  6. 1 slightly chopped onion
  7. 1 slightly chopped capsicum
  8. 2 tablespoons honey
  9. 2 drops of red food colour
  10. 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  11. 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  12. 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
  13. 1/2 tablespoon Ajinomoto
  14. 1 tablespoon curd
  15. 4 tablespoon tomato sauce


  1. First of all we will so potatoes into water and leave it for 20 minutes so that the starch will come out add a little bit salt that time
  2. Now after 20 minutes cover the potatoes with a paper napkin so that the water soaked by the napkin
  3. After that in a container and potatoes and salt and black pepper and leave it for 20 minutes
  4. Now in a kadai add oil and onion and capsicum and Saute fill the colour transparent
  5. Now now add red food colour soya sauce, tomato sauce, Chili sauce, vinegar,some salt ,honey and ajinomoto and mix well properly.
  6. Your honey chilli potato is ready to serve so it with curd it will give a great texture
