  5. 1 मध्यम आकार का प्याज़ बारीक कटा हुआ
  6. 1 इंच टुकड़ा अदरक कटा हुआ
  7. 1 तेज पत्ता
  8. 1/2 इंच टुकड़ा दालचीनी
  9. 3 लौंग
  10. 3 छोटी इलायची
  11. 1 छोटा चम्मच नमक
  12. 1 छोटा चम्मच चीनी
  13. 1/2 छोटा चम्मच कालीमिर्च पाउडर
  14. 1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल
  15. 2 बड़े चम्मच क्रीम
  16. 1 बड़ा चम्मच धनिया पत्ती कटी हुई
  17. 4 गिलास पानी और जरूत के अनुसार
