Ingredients to make Honey cocktail

  • 1cup honey
  • 1 piece of peeled ginger
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz. honey-ginger syrup
  • 2 oz. Plain soda
  • Ice cubes per taste
  • Garnish with lemonsizes and ginger pieces

How to make Honey cocktail

  1. Make the honey-ginger syrup:
  2. Combine honey, ginger, and 1 cup water ,on saucepan over high boil,next Reduce heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes; chill overnight, then strain, discarding solids.
  3. Combine plain soda lemon juice, and syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube.
  4. Finally garnish with lemon pieces and ginger pieces

My Tip:

U can use sprite cool drink also if plain soda is not available
