ABOUT GINGER HONEY LEMON TEA RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups of water
  2. 1 tbsp grated Ginger
  3. 12 - 15 fresh mint leaves
  4. 2 tbsp honey
  5. 1 tbsp Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Put together water , honey , mint leaves , ginger and lemon at one place
  2. In a pan put together water , mint leaves and grated ginger and switch on the gas
  3. Boil it on medium flame for 6 - 8 minutes
  4. Then take a tall glass and put honey and lemon in the base
  5. Now pour the hot tea in the glass along with some lime juice and mix well , garnish with lemon slice and sprig of mint leaves
  6. Serve hot
  7. You can have this in both ways hot as well as chilled
